Crystal Tyler

Crystal Tyler has over 10 years of diverse experience in customer success and support roles. Presently serving as a Customer Success Representative at SME since July 2021, Crystal previously worked as a Closing Support Specialist at Amrock and as an Account Specialist at Rock Connections. Earlier experience includes positions at St. John Providence as a Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist and at William Beaumont Hospital in Guest Services. Additionally, Crystal contributed to Campbell-Ewald as a Production Administrator, where responsibilities included producing commercials and managing project timelines. Crystal holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State University and a Certificate in Phlebotomy from Baker College.
