Julie Pike

Julie Pike has a strong background in event management and strategy. Julie started their career as an Event Manager at SME in 2007 and held this position for nearly a decade. In 2016, they were promoted to Director of Canadian Events at SME and continued to excel in this role until 2021. Following that, Julie became the Senior Director of Canadian Events and Event Strategy at SME for a year before securing their most recent position as the Senior Director of Event Strategy. Before joining SME, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Reed Exhibitions Canada from 1998 to 2006.

Julie Pike obtained a Bachelor of Arts - Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Sheridan College from 1997 to 1998, specializing in Certified Human Resources Management.
