Rob Smedley

Rob Smedley is a seasoned professional in the motorsports industry, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Smedley Group since April 2021. Prior to this role, Rob Smedley held the position of Director of Data Systems at Formula 1 from January 2019 to January 2022. Rob's extensive experience includes serving as Head of Performance Engineering at Williams Racing from January 2014 to December 2018, and as an F1 Race Engineer at both Ferrari and Jordan Formula 1 from January 2004 to December 2013 and January 1999 to December 2003, respectively. Rob Smedley holds a degree from Loughborough University, which was completed between 1992 and 1996.
