Soubhik Ghosh

Soubhik Ghosh currently serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Planning at SMFG India Credit, focusing on strategic initiatives in product and risk management since August 2023. Previously, Soubhik held multiple leadership roles at Arohan Financial Services Limited from January 2017 to August 2023, including General Manager of Financial Risk Management, where development and implementation of a machine learning-based acquisition scorecard were led. Soubhik's experience also includes significant contributions to risk analytics and credit policy, utilizing statistical techniques to enhance financial projections during critical events. Prior roles at Tata Consultancy Services, Societe Generale, and Wipro Technologies involved leading teams on risk assessment and enhancement projects. Soubhik holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and is a certified Financial Risk Manager by GARP.
