Michael is the founder of the SMG platform and has through the past 10+ years executed various transactions and funding campaigns. He is the main architect behind the transactions and strategic partnerships with Danish and foreign investors, HNWI’s and private equity firms – within SMG & Co.

Michael excels in deal-making, M&A and utilizing his strong network of HNWI’s, VC’s and private equity companies.
