Pamela Polikretis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Pamela started their career as a Business Office Manager at Nature's Food Patch in November 2014 and held the position until November 2017. Pamela then joined SMG Property Management in June 2018 as a Marketing and HR Manager, a role they held until January 2023. At SMG Property Management, Pamela progressed to become the Human Resources Director (January 2019 - January 2022), Vice President (January 2022 - January 2023), and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer (since January 2023). In addition to their time at SMG Property Management, Pamela became the Franchise Owner of Perspire Sauna Studio in September 2023.
Pamela Polikretis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of South Florida in 2009. Pamela then pursued a Juris Doctor degree at Vanderbilt University Law School from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they studied Accounting at Florida State University from 2005 to 2007.

SMG manages all of its income producing properties with the principal focus of its efforts on maintaining high occupancy and collections along with keeping expenses at or below budgeted amounts. At the same time, stressing physical property appearance and being updated to reflect the needs of a changing client base. SMG stresses strict adherence to company policies and procedures with an emphasis on resident, owner, and investor services. SMG prides itself on its ability to react in a timely and efficient manner to changes in the real estate marketplace. SMG grows through acquiring properties in which its principals make equity investments in partnerships and limited liability corporations with co-investors. SMG acquires properties to provide its investors ongoing cash flow, capital appreciation, and inflation protection. SMG's investors expect the company to know when to buy, refinance, and sell, and how to best preserve and grow their investment dollars.
