Lacie Campbell

Lacie Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lacie began their career as a Student Assistant at Eland Law Office, where they gained knowledge about the legal system and performed various office tasks. Lacie then transitioned to working at Kansas State University as a Learning and Development Student Employee and later as a Human Capital Services Intern. In these roles, they organized professional development trainings, conducted needs assessments, and assisted with conferences and orientations.

Afterward, Lacie joined Missouri State University as a Graduate Research Assistant and later as a Graduate Assistant for the Psychology Stats Help Desk. In these positions, they provided assistance with statistics and research methods courses and helped students with statistical software.

Lacie also had multiple stints at SMG - Service Management Group. Lacie started as a Client Insights Intern, where they gained exposure to data-driven insights. Lacie then worked their way up from an Account Analyst to an Account Manager and finally to an Insights Manager and Senior Insights Manager - Team Lead. In these roles, they built client relationships, analyzed data, and presented insights to top executives from various industries to help improve their businesses.

Lacie Campbell pursued their education at Kansas State University from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and also earned a Certificate of Conflict Resolution. Following their undergraduate studies, Lacie attended Missouri State University from 2018 to 2020. At Missouri State, they completed a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
