Senior Manager, Client Insights at SMG

Rachel Minter has a diverse work experience in various industries. Rachel started their career at the Missouri Mavericks as a Marketing Intern in 2013. Following that, Rachel worked at the University of Central Missouri as a Red Marketing Specialist for UCM Alumni Association and Foundation, as well as a Student Ambassador from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, Rachel joined SMG - Service Management Group as a Project Administrator in the Client Insights department, where they stayed until May 2016. Rachel then transitioned into an Analyst role within the same department, working from June 2016 to March 2018. Rachel's responsibilities increased as they were promoted to a Manager position in the Client Insights team, which they held from March 2018 to June 2021. Currently, Rachel is serving as a Senior Manager in the Client Insights division at SMG.

Additionally, Rachel worked as a Server at Neighborhood Cafe from an unspecified start date to January 2020.

Rachel Minter has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Sociology from the University of Central Missouri, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Metropolitan Community College-Longview from 2010 to 2012 and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. In addition to their formal education, Rachel obtained a certification as a Hootsuite Certified Professional from Hootsuite Media Inc. in April 2015.
