Mike Koller

Mike Koller began their work experience in 1994 as an Operations Manager at Media Play, where they supervised various departments and achieved operational goals. Mike later became a Regional Operations Manager, responsible for training and auditing compliance. In 2006, they became a District Manager at Lifetouch Portrait Studios, overseeing multiple studios and leading a team. From 2007 to 2008, they served as a Field Director at Banfield, The Pet Hospital, managing veterinary clinics and handling profit and loss responsibilities. Currently, they are the Director of Market Operations at Smile Brands Inc., overseeing dental offices and ensuring excellent patient service.

Mike Koller has a BA degree in Education from Portland State University.
