Smile serves clients throughout Northern California and Western Nevada. Smile's corporate office is located in Sacramento, California with branch offices in the Central Valley, North Bay, North Valley/Redding, Central Coast and Sparks, NV. The backbone of Smile's service and support is our Help Desk housed within our Network Operating Center. All service requests are handled by our staff of Help Desk Network Engineers and Technicians. Our tiered support systems allows us to respond to our customer's needs in a timely and efficient manner.
