Casey Lonabocker

Casey Lonabocker is a seasoned professional in operations and strategic management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Smile Doctors since March 2025. Prior roles include Vice President of Strategy Operations and various senior director positions at myOrthos, along with program management at Mass General Brigham and implementation management at Modivcare. Casey started in project management at Brigham and Women's Hospital and gained valuable finance experience at Management Sciences for Health. Academically, Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from Loyola University Maryland, with minors in Economics and Business. Additional studies were completed at Monash University and Medfield High School.
