Treena Girodo Lauer

Treena Girodo Lauer, CPA, currently serves as Vice President, Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer at Smile Doctors, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Treena held various senior positions at PRA Group from July 2015 to November 2024, including Senior Vice President and Controller, overseeing a global accounting team managing multiple entities and currencies. Treena's experience spans significant roles at Symphonicity the Symphony Orchestra of Virginia Beach as an Executive Board Member, Rosetta Stone as Director of International Accounting, and EYA as Assistant Controller. Treena began a finance career as a Staff Accountant at North County Times and Manager of Finance & Administration at New World Associates, Inc. Treena holds a BA in Accounting, Finance, and Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
