Charlotte Stevens is a Recruitment Resourcer at Smile Education since June 2022, bringing extensive retail management experience from previous roles as Assistant Store Manager and Acting Store Manager at Hotel Chocolat. Charlotte held various positions at Cath Kidston from December 2016 to April 2020, including Store Manager and Deputy Manager. Earlier career roles include catering at Blue Arrow and cleaning at The John of Gaunt Academy. Charlotte's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Criminology and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Birmingham City University, along with GCSEs and A-levels from The John of Gaunt Academy.

We call ourselves Smile because that's what we try to make people do! Established in 2009, Smile Education was set up to provide a personal, local service with the emphasis on choosing the most suitable person for each opportunity. We are thrilled today to be able to say that we continue to reach and exceed our original goals. We take pride in providing the best teachers in the local areas and work closely with a wide variety of schools, supporting them in any way we can. A number of our team are parents themselves and consequently safeguarding is an indispensable part of everything we do. We pride ourselves in only placing staff in positions where we would be comfortable if our own children were being educated, and we always exceed DFE guidelines. To ensure that we maintain and improve our standards we continue to develop and grow our staff by providing ongoing training and guidance. With the continued support of our fantastic teachers, we are sure we will be making schools Smile for many years to come!
