Gustavo Markel

Gustavo Markel has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2004 with an External IT Consultant role at Sybase. Gustavo then worked as a Data Base Analyst at Zurich Argentina in 2005, followed by a role as Business Intelligence Manager at bst - Credilogros - Origenes in 2007. In 2008, they became a Professor at the University of Buenos Aires. In 2016, they took on the role of Chief Scientist at Addoox, followed by Chief Information Officer at Cloud9Ads in 2020. Currently, they are a Senior Data Engineer at Smile.io.

Gustavo Markel obtained a Master in Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery from the University of Buenos Aires between 2005 and 2007. Gustavo also attended the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Python from LinkedIn in February 2022, Introduction to Programming Using Python from HackerRank in January 2022, and HackerRank Problem Solving from HackerRank.
