Katrina Cinelli has worked in the marketing and communications field for over a decade. Katrina began their career in 2009 as Manager, Marketing & Communications for Breakfast for Learning. In 2013, they moved into a consulting role with the same organization. In 2015, they joined hjc as a Resource and Client Manager, where they worked for two years. In 2017, they joined Smile.io as Head of Merchant Enablement, where they also held roles as Head of Client Experience, Client Success Lead, and Client Success Manager.
Katrina Cinelli attended Western University, where they obtained their HBa in English Literature and Sociology. Katrina then went on to complete a Post Graduate Certificate in Fundraising & Volunteer Management from Humber College.
