Nicole Bell is currently the VP of Public Relations at Smile Train. Nicole previously worked as the Director of Public Relations at Operation Smile from January 2016 to September 2020. During their time at Operation Smile, Nicole developed, wrote, and presented stories to media outlets which resulted in large market, national, and international coverage. Nicole also doubled the media coverage from 2018-2019. In addition, Nicole executed communications and public relations strategies which supported increased brand awareness and led to new corporate partnerships with companies such as PepsicCo Frito-Lay. Nicole also served as a spokesperson on various high-profile platforms, wrote social media posts for celebrities, and spearheaded an international campaign which resulted in hundreds of student volunteers supporting frontline professionals amid COVID-19.

Nicole Bell received their Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University. Nicole also holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Broadcasting from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
