Harriet Dolores Burtscher is currently the Lead Marketing & Communications at Smile Versicherung. Prior to this, Harriet worked as a Produktmanagerin / Prozessmanagement Smart Versicherung at Helvetia Versicherungen Österreich and gained experience in Unternehmenskommunikation & CR. With a background in media and communications, Harriet has held various roles such as Sales Assistent at Calzedonia Group and Radioredakteurin at Radio Arabella GmbH. Harriet has also interned in public relations and editorial roles at ORF and Amt der Stadt Bludenz. Harriet holds a master's degree in Media- und Kommunikationsberatung from Fachhochschule St Pölten and a Bakk. phil in Publizistik- und Kommunikationswissenschaft from the University of Vienna.
