Jean-Philippe Balança

Jean-Philippe Balança has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Jean-Philippe started their career as an Account Manager at SAGEMCOM in 1997. Jean-Philippe then joined Devoteam in 2000 as a Division Manager. At Devoteam, they held various roles including Sales Manager, Managing Director, Corporate Director, and Sales Director. In 2012, they transformed the sales model into a client-centric account sales team. In 2013, they became the Managing & Sales Director, leading change and clustering positions for Belgium and Luxembourg markets. In 2014, they joined Sopra Steria as the Director of Professional Services, transforming a 450-staff business unit. In 2017, they became a Program Manager, responsible for end-to-end projects and a member of the board. Jean-Philippe left Sopra Steria in 2018 to join Smile as the Chief International Operations Officer, contributing to the company's growth outside of France.

Jean-Philippe Balança completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from ISC Paris between 2002 and 2005.
