Beatriz Sánchez Gómez has extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety. Beatriz began their career as a Quality and Food Safety Technician at Crestas La Galeta and Helados Somosierra in 2010, before moving on to become the Responsible for Quality at Crestas la Galeta, S.A. in 2011. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring that products met quality criteria and adhered to various standards. Beatriz then worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Siro El Espinar from 2016 to 2018, where they coordinated the quality department and managed systems, complaints, and labeling. Beatriz then joined Mission Foods as a QA Manager in 2018, before transitioning to their current role as QA Manager at Smileat in 2020.

Beatriz Sánchez Gómez attended the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Diplomatura in Nutrición humana y dietética. Beatriz then went on to pursue further education at Cesif from 2009 to 2010, where they completed a Master en Tecnología, Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria in the field of Industria Alimentaria.
