Verónica Velasco Bermejo

Verónica Velasco Bermejo has worked in Human Resources since 2009. Verónica began their career as an Ayudante de Recursos Humanos at Work and Live, then moved to Inditex as a Beca de Selección. In 2010, they joined Securitas Direct as a Técnico de Selección y Desarrollo, and then moved to Arghos - Grupo Aernnova as an HRBP. In 2022, they were appointed Head of People at Smileat. During their time as HRBP, they managed new incorporations, supervised payrolls, coordinated PRL, calculated vacations, processed ITs and managed maternity/paternity. Verónica also diagnosed and evaluated training needs, planned and budgeted for training, negotiated and contracted providers, coordinated and monitored courses, evaluated their efficacy and controlled costs. Additionally, they were responsible for selecting profiles in the energy, transport and aerospace sectors and conducting interviews.

Verónica Velasco Bermejo completed a Master in Human Resources Management from CEF in 2010. In the same year, they also completed a Basic Course in PRL from Centro de Estudios Financieros. From 2004 to 2009, they earned a degree in Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, specializing in Work.
