Bilan Yakoub

Bilan Y. is an aspiring neuroscientist currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at The Ohio State University, expected to graduate in 2024. Bilan serves as an Undergraduate Research Fellow in the Department of Plastic Surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and has held various leadership roles, including Curator and President of TEDxOhioStateUniversity and Executive Director of TEDxNewAlbany. Bilan's research experience also includes positions as a Research Officer at SmileChild and a Research Intern at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Additionally, Bilan has contributed to the Ohio Model United Nation as the Human Rights Council President and interned at the Ohio House of Representatives. Bilan is also recognized as a Yale Young Global Scholars Alumna.
