Kim Yongil

Kim Yongil is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Smilegate since January 2020, where responsibilities include leading external development efforts with partners and overseas. Previously, Kim held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Smilegate Megalab from April 2015 to March 2020, and served as COO at Wemade Entertainment Co., Ltd. from February 2013 to April 2015. Earlier experience includes the Head of Strategic Planning at NEOWIZ Corp. from July 2007 to January 2013, and the Head of Business Management team at Samil PwC from August 2000 to May 2005, starting career as an Associate. Kim Yongil earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Chung-Ang University between 1995 and 2000.
