Oluwatobi Smith, PHRi has a wealth of experience in the People and Culture field. From 2021 to present, Oluwatobi has been the Director, People and Culture at Smile Identity, responsible for the People and Culture function and fostering Organizational Culture as the company scales. From 2016 to 2021, Oluwatobi held several roles at Andela, including Senior Global Growth & Development Coordinator, Culture & Learning Coordinator, and People and Culture Associate.
