Prithviraj Pawal's work experience begins with their current position as City Head at Dezy (smiles.ai) since March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Category Manager at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) from November 2018 to November 2019. Earlier in their career, Prithviraj held various positions at Infoedge India Ltd., including Business Manager from April 2017 to November 2018, Area Manager from April 2016 to March 2017, Manager from April 2015 to March 2016, and Deputy Manager from April 2014 to March 2015. Prithviraj also worked as an Asst.Manager and Sr.Executive at Info Edge India Ltd from October 2012 to April 2014. Prithviraj began their career as a Management Trainee at City Realty and Development Pvt Ltd. Amanora Town Centre from September 2011 to November 2011. Prior to that, they worked as an Intern at KASH - Management Services from May 2011 to August 2011.

Prithviraj Pawal began their education in 1992 at SSPMS (Boarding) where they completed their secondary education, receiving their SSC degree in 2003. Prithviraj then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2007 to 2010. During the same period, they also studied at MIT-School of Management (MIT-SOM), ultimately earning a BBA degree. Prithviraj continued their education at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Master's in Marketing Management. Additionally, they attended the Management Institute For Leadership And Excellence, specializing in Business Administration and Management, during the same time period and earned an MBA degree.
