Shubham Bagade

Shubham Bagade has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Engineering Intern at TATA Power in 2017. Shubham then worked at ToothSi as an Additive Manufacturing Engineer from January 2020 to February 2021. During this time, they focused on developing and implementing additive manufacturing processes and technologies, collaborating with teams to design and develop products using additive manufacturing techniques, and conducting testing of new technologies and materials.

From February 2021 to August 2022, Shubham worked as an Operations Manager at Snazzy. In this role, they developed and implemented a CRM system to improve customer engagement and communication. Additionally, they played a key role in moving manufacturing operations in-house, including setting up production facilities and developing supply chain partnerships. Shubham also managed a support team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Currently, Shubham is working as an Operations Manager at Dezy (Smiles.ai) since August 2022. In this role, they lead overall plant operations and manages a team of supervisors and production staff. Shubham is responsible for developing and executing production plans to meet customer demand and optimize efficiency. Shubham also collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulations, including implementing ISO 13485 QMS.

Shubham Bagade completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai between 2015 and 2019.
