Zoe Loeve

Zoe Loeve is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Smileway since July 2025. Previously, Zoe held the position of Head of Human Resources at Refinery from November 2023 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading HR initiatives and overseeing comprehensive HR functions. Prior to this, Zoe was the HR/Facilitator Manager at Aurik Business from January 2022 to October 2023, managing teams to implement agile methodologies for business growth. Zoe also worked as an HR Management Consultant and Coach at Fit 4 Purpose Lifestyle Solutions from March 2012 to December 2021, focusing on organisational transformation and talent development. Additionally, Zoe served as an Employee Experience Consultant at Merchant Capital South Africa from March 2018 to November 2019, enhancing employee engagement and wellness. Educational qualifications include a BCom Hons in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg and an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching from Just Plain Agile.
