Mohan Sheshadri

Mohan Sheshadri has over a decade of work experience in the software industry. Mohan is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Smiota since 2021. Prior to their current role, they worked at MediaKind as a Principal Software Engineer from 2018 to 2021. There, they led and managed a team responsible for implementing CI/CD, quality gates, engineering best practices, and release management. Mohan also successfully migrated TFS to Azure DevOps and Jira to Azure DevOps.

Before joining MediaKind, Mohan worked at Epicor Software as a Senior Software Engineer from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they designed and developed a robust Powershell framework for a modern build system and handled TFS release management for automated deployments.

From 2010 to 2016, Mohan worked at Software Innovation – Part of Tieto Group as a Senior Software Engineer. Here, they led efforts in adopting build automation, test automation, silent deployments, and setting up continuous deployment and testing environments. Mohan was also involved in various TFS migrations and developed tools for smoother working of the CI/CD pipeline.

Mohan began their career at Fiserv in 2009 as a Software Engineer before transitioning to other roles in different companies.

Mohan Sheshadri pursued their Bachelor of Engineering degree from 2005 to 2009 at the Global Academy Of Technology. Mohan specialized in Computer Science and Engineering during this period.
