Kevin Deshazo

Kevin DeShazo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, social media strategy, and organizational culture within the sports industry. As Co-Founder of Better since February 2023, Kevin provides essential tools for sports leaders and teams. In addition, Kevin founded Fieldhouse Media in July 2011, which specializes in social media education for coaches and student-athletes, and has engaged over 80 individuals across more than 100 campuses. Kevin also serves as Senior Strategist and Culture Champion at Smirk New Media, the largest social media strategy firm in Oklahoma. Previously, Kevin was a Partner at Culture Wins, fostering championship culture in sports organizations, and founded Element Healthcare Staffing, which connects dialysis professionals with job opportunities. Early career experience includes roles at Foundation Medical Staffing, where Kevin held various management positions. Kevin holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Oklahoma Baptist University.
