Bhaskar Anepu began their career in 2001 as an Intern at Tata Teleservices Ltd. Bhaskar then became a Research Assistant at WINLAB, Rutgers University, where they designed an energy efficient access control protocol for self-organizing, hierarchical wireless sensor networks based on 802.11 technology. In 2004, they held the position of Systems Co-op at MobileMatrix, and concurrently held multiple roles at InterDigital Communications, including Staff Engineer, R&D, Sr. Software Engineer, and SW Engineer. In 2012, Bhaskar took on the role of Project Management at Intel Mobile Communications. Most recently, in 2018, they became Co-Founder of Smirta Inc., where they developed the iClinicalOps digital transformation platform to optimize and simplify the complexities of cancer treatment clinic operations, and the OncoSmart suite of products.
Bhaskar Anepu received their M.S in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University between 2001 and 2004.
