Rinku Agarwal Basu

Rinku Agarwal Basu is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Smit.Fit since August 2021. Prior to this, Rinku held the position of Vice President & Head- Human Resources at Entercoms, Inc. from May 2019 to August 2021. With a background in Human Resources and Operations Excellence, Rinku has worked with various companies on HR and scaling-up projects, focusing on productivity improvements and establishing a balanced approach between HR and business. Rinku also has experience working as a Global Head in various roles at GeometricPLM and has a strong educational background in Human Resource Management.
