Phaedra Wilson

Phaedra Wilson has held a variety of roles in the past 25 years. In 1995, they began as a Secretary II at the University of Arkansas, then became a Summer Study Abroad Coordinator in 2004. In 2008, they moved to Wizards of the Coast, where they held the role of Tier 1 Customer Service Representative and later Tier 1 Shift Lead. In 2019, they became a Customer Service Associate and Library Page at Mid-Continent Public Library. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Smith.ai as a Chat Receptionist/Agent Support.

Phaedra Wilson has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Southeast Missouri State University, which they are currently attending from 2019-2022. Phaedra also holds a BA in Phaedra'story from the University of Arkansas, which they obtained between 1995-2003. Phaedra also attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville for Phaedra'story.
