Robert Smith is the Founder and CEO of Smith and Company, LLC, since April 2021, where solutions are tailored for the Precision Machining Industry. Prior to this role, Robert served as the Director of Supply Chain & Sales at ARCH from August 2015 to April 2021. Robert's extensive experience includes owning and managing Smiths Machine from January 1988 to August 2015, overseeing Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer relationships. Robert also held the roles of Owner/VP of Operations, focusing on Operations and Sales, and General Manager, responsible for managing sales, manufacturing, and accounting functions.
