Christine Nodes is an experienced quality and food safety professional with a comprehensive background in the food industry. Currently serving as a Quality Specialist at Smith Brothers Farms since March 2020, Christine previously held the position of Food Safety & Quality Manager at Schwartz Brothers Bakery from September 2017 to March 2020. Earlier roles include Quality Control Manager at Seattle Gourmet Foods Inc. and Food Safety Manager at Sprouters Northwest. Christine's expertise includes the development and implementation of food safety training, as well as maintaining essential documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies. Additionally, Christine has experience as Managing Editor at Cool Well Press, Inc. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside, and an Associate of Science in Math and Science from Mt. San Jacinto College.
