Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at The No-Bake Cookie Co., Michelle also holds director positions on the boards of Jacobsen Salt Co. and Cascade Spirits. Previously, Michelle excelled as Vice President of Marketing at Herb Pharm, Alden's Organic Ice Cream, and Dave's Killer Bread, driving brand success for notable products in each organization. Michelle's early career at Kettle Brand Potato Chips involved significant contributions during a period of rapid growth. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
