Yaw Asante-Bio

Yaw Asante-Bio, M.S.Ed, is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Education Director at Bold Idea since August 2022. Prior roles include Policy & State Coalition Associate at The Commit Partnership and a Leadership for Educational Equity Policy Fellow at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Education. Yaw has also worked as a Human Capital Coordinator at City on a Hill Charter Public Schools and participated in fellowships with Project LEARN Inc. and Leadership for Educational Equity. Earlier experience includes teaching roles at Beacon College Prep and Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Yaw holds a Master of Science in Elementary Administration from Johns Hopkins University School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Africana Studies from the College of the Holy Cross.
