Connor Martin

Connor Martin currently serves as the Associate Head Coach and Assistant Sports Information Director at Smith College, where notable achievements include a 2024 NCAA tournament appearance, the program's first tournament win, and a NEWMAC championship, marking a significant return to success for the team. Previously, Connor has held various coaching and operations roles, including Assistant Volleyball Coach at the College of the Holy Cross and Graduate Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach at Smith College. Connor's experience also encompasses athletics operations and communications positions at several institutions, contributing to game day operations, recruitment, and athlete development. Connor holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science & Sports Studies from Smith College and a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation and Conservation from the University of Mary Washington.
