Matt Chisholm

Matt Chisholm is a seasoned executive in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Division President at Smith Douglas Homes since December 2021. Prior to this role, Chisholm held significant positions, including VP of Operations at Century Communities, Inc. from February 2017 to December 2021, and VP of Finance at CalAtlantic Homes from September 2014 to September 2016. Additional experience includes leadership roles in purchasing and operations at Taylor Morrison, PulteGroup, Lennar, and DiVosta Homes. Chisholm's expertise encompasses annual business planning, budgeting, vendor negotiations, product development, and contractor management. Chisholm earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Michigan State University, graduating from the Eli Broad College of Business in 1997.
