Kim Fleming has over three decades of experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Smith Drug Company since October 2009, Kim has played a key role in shaping HR strategies and practices. Prior to this position, Kim held the title of Vice President of Operations at Personnel Solutions, Inc. from 1991 to 2007, where responsibilities included overseeing operational efficiency and driving organizational success.
