Nihar Parikh

Nihar Parikh has over 10 years of professional experience in the field of Human Capital and Executive Recruiting. Nihar began their career in 2005 as an Associate/Senior Associate with KPMG's International Executive Services, where they coordinated and delivered accurate quality US tax returns for assignees and coordinated worldwide foreign tax filings. In 2009, they moved to Ernst & Young as a Senior Associate in Human Capital (Tax), where they established and maintained long-term collaborative relationships with clients, reviewed tax returns, and developed and supervised client teams' technical skills. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Executive Recruiter at Creative Financial Staffing (CFS), recruiting accounting, finance, and tax professionals. Nihar then joined Smith Hanley Associates as a Clinical Recruiter - Biostatistics & Medical Affairs, where they partnered with HR and hiring managers to assess staffing needs, developed a database of candidates, and built a network of industry professionals.

Nihar Parikh received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2001 and 2005.
