John Thompson

John Thompson is currently the Head of Operations at Smith Johnson Tech since April 2023 and serves as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and Trainer at Bend Raven Recruiting since June 2021. With extensive experience in recruitment and operations, John held the position of Principal Recruiter at SWING Search & Talent, Inc. from August 2011 to May 2021, and previously worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Swing Staffing Solutions and various other staffing companies. John began the career in 1994 and earned a degree from California State University, Stanislaus.
