Graeme Dilley

Graeme Dilley is a highly experienced professional in procurement and category management, currently serving as the Global Category Director and Sourcing & Contracting Team Lead at Smith+Nephew since June 2020. Dilley has held various leadership positions, including Global Category Leader and Global Category Manager for Professional Services and Legal Services. Prior to Smith+Nephew, Dilley was the Lead Commercial Manager at Transport for London and held multiple roles at GSK, contributing to consulting and financial business services. Additional experience includes procurement roles at Lockheed Martin and Rolls-Royce, as well as a foundational position at IBM. Dilley also contributed to the CIPS Derbyshire Branch as Treasurer. Academically, Dilley holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Hertfordshire and completed the GSK Procurement Academy at London Business School.
