Mike Arndt

Mike Arndt is an experienced procurement and sourcing leader with a strong track record in the medical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Chief Procurement Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing and Procurement at Smith+Nephew since December 2021, Mike Arndt oversees direct materials, indirect goods and services, and supplier innovation. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Strategic Sourcing at Hillrom, where responsibilities encompassed vital signs monitoring and diagnostics, and Vice President of Strategic Sourcing at Welch Allyn, focusing on developing sourcing strategies across various product categories. With additional experience at Bausch + Lomb, Energy East, Valeo Electrical Systems, and General Motors, Mike Arndt holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School.
