Jennifer Norton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and management. Since February 2012, Jennifer has held multiple positions at Smith & Noble, advancing from Customer Care Advocate to Sr. Customer Care Department Manager. Prior to that, Jennifer contributed to the education sector as a Substitute Teacher for Corona Norco Unified School District from 2004 to 2012. Jennifer's career in hospitality began at Disneyland Resort, where various roles from Attraction FASTPASS Manager to Assistant Project Manager for Attraction Operations were undertaken from 1994 to 2001.
