Jessica Oman

Jessica Oman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Smith + Malek, PLLC since March 2024, Jessica previously held the position of Director of Strategy & Operations at Moulton Law Offices, P.S. from May 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that role, Jessica was the Chief of Staff at Artemis Connection from October 2018 to March 2022 and owned Juggernaut Fitness from August 2012 to March 2015. Jessica began their career in healthcare as a Patient Access Registrar at Providence Holy Family Hospital from February 2008 to December 2013. Academically, Jessica holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Eastern Washington University, a Women in Entrepreneurial Leadership Certificate from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Eastern Washington University.
