Sydney McFarlin

Sydney McFarlin is an experienced attorney currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Pennant since August 2024, while simultaneously holding a position at Smith + Malek, PLLC, as an attorney since May 2019. Previous legal experiences include internships with the Idaho Senate and the 4th Judicial District of Idaho, where extensive legal research was conducted. Sydney also has a background in operations management from Originate, with responsibilities in corporate transition and liaison activities with legal counsel. An educational foundation was built at the University of Idaho College of Law and Boise State University, where a degree in Business with a focus on Accounting was obtained. Additional roles range from managing lifeguards to working in accounting and event coordination.
