Kim Mahanna

Kim Mahanna, CPA, has over four decades of experience in the accounting profession, currently serving as Principal at Smith Schafer CPAs since September 1979. At Smith Schafer, Kim provides valuable advice and direction to clients on various business issues and has progressed through the ranks from Accounting and Small Business Staff to Audit Manager, ultimately becoming a Shareholder and establishing the firm's first branch office in Maplewood, Minnesota. Prior experience includes a role in customer service at Sears, Roebuck and Co., where Kim focused on resolving customer issues. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of North Dakota, graduated in 1979.
