Prior to this, Mewan held leadership positions as Director at Panthila Projects (Pvt) LTD from August 2021 to February 2023 and as Director of Operations at Panthila Civil Engineers from September 2017 to January 2023. Mewan's experience also includes working as a Technical Sales Executive at Sika Lanka from August 2016 to November 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master of Applied Management in Business Administration from the Eastern Institute of Technology (ongoing), a Master of Business Administration from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (2018-2020), and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in International Business Management from Staffordshire University (2013-2016).
