Douglas Boughton

Douglas Boughton is currently the CFO at Smith System Driver Improvement Institute, Inc. He previously founded DMB Consulting, advising SMB's on corporate planning, financial modeling, and operational process improvement. Boughton has also held positions as CFO/COO at NovusEdge, Inc., Director of MIS at AMX Corporation, and Operations Controller at RF Monolithics, Inc. He holds a BBA in Accounting and Business Analysis from Texas A&M University.
