Randy Kastalanych

Randy Kastalanych has extensive experience in product development and operations management, currently serving as the Vice President of Product Development & International Operations at Smith System since December 2003. Prior to this role, Randy held various positions at Smith System, including Vice President of Operations, focusing on manufacturing, logistics, and material management. Previous professional experience includes roles as Plant Manager at Vecta and Manufacturing Engineer at Oil City Iron Works, Inc. and Ancast Industries Ltd. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Manitoba, earned between 1988 and 1993.
