Paul Harris

Paul Harris has been working as the Business Continuity & IT Services Manager at Smith & Williamson since December 2015. Prior to that, Paul held the position of IT Service Management Manager at Columbia Threadneedle Investments EMEA APAC from December 2009 to December 2015. Paul is also an Associate Member of the Business Continuity Institute (AMBCI) and has experience in major incident management, change management, and problem management. In their role, Paul is responsible for coordinating business impact analysis reviews, understanding critical business processes, and exercising BC, DR & Workplace Recovery plans to manage risk and recovery strategies.
